Fitness 101 with Kieran

This Membership package is perfect for the complete beginner or someone looking to learn the correct technique of exercises in the Gym.

The Warehouse Workout with Diarmuid,Brian,Aidan or Kieran

The Warehouse Workout is a boot camp style class. Bootcamp sessions are a fun way to hit a full body high-intensity sessions that offer a lot of variety to keep things interesting and challenging. One of the many benefits of our Warehouse Workout class is that it offers a taster of many different styles of training and gets you healthy, fit and active. It is also a highly motivational class to kickstart or revamp your fitness journey

Pilates with Kasia

Pilates is simply…Strength and Flexibility with CONTROL. Pilates classes can be slow paced and as you get stronger and gain experience, they can be extremely tough and fast paced. The benefits of Pilates can be appreciated by all. Pilates is for everybody.  “whatever you do, sit at a desk all day, play golf, attend the gym, rugby, pre/post-surgery…Pilates is suitable for you. I often describe Pilates as, the required strong roots to your health and fitness, just like an oak tree, you need strong roots”

Our experienced Pilates instructor will teach you how to move your body correctly.  Once you move correctly you get those great abs and those workout results that you desire. You can also expect to reduce a lot of pain by now moving your body correctly – a double benefit!!

Rise and Grind with Diarmuid or Brian

“Rise And Grind” is a combination of circuit training, HIIT and Tabata training. In this early morning class, you will alternate between several exercises that target different muscle groups. For example, you might move from a lower-body exercise to an upper-body exercise to a core exercise, then another lower-body move, upper-body move, and core move before repeating the circuit.

The whole idea of circuit training is to work different muscles all at the same time with a minimum amount of rest. Because you alternate which body part you’re targeting, one muscle group rests while the other is working, making for a more effective workout that not only builds strength but also keeps your heart thumping and revs your metabolism too.

Yoga with Gabby

The word ‘yoga’ means union. It is a practice that connects the body, mind, and spirit through different body postures, meditation, and controlled breathing.

Yoga is not just about bending or twisting the body and holding the breath. It is a mechanism to bring you into a state where you see and experience reality just the way it is. If you allow your energies to become exuberant and ecstatic, your sensory body expands. This enables you to experience the whole universe as a part of yourself, making everything one – this is the union that yoga creates.

Box2Fit with Dudley

Box2Fit is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Most Box2Fit classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
