All memberships are based on a weekly rolling contract and we require at least 7 days advance direct written notice if you wish to cancel early.
All memberships are paid weekly based on your sign up date by direct debit. You may see the deduction from your bank anytime within the billing period.
If you plan to return to us at The Warehouse Gym you can pause your membership temporarily. Contact our management team with your requested pause dates HERE.
All newly setup direct debit membership require an admin fee to get setup between our system and your bank.
This fee is non waivable and non refundable.
We currently only operate classes out of our Knocknacarra facility. These classes are included with Knocknacarra and Gold Membership.

Absolutely!! If you have or have had an injury which affects you from doing certain exercises you may still use our facilities.
If a major injury has occurred a doctors cert clearing you to train in a gym environment may be required.
All visitors to the gym must be at least 16 years of age. Under 18’s will need a parent/guardian signature before using the facility.
We are open Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 11:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 9:00pm. Bank Holidays will operate on weekend hours and will be posted about in advance on our Instagram page.

Book in at reception for a free one-to-one session with one of our qualified personal trainers. This is a once off dedicated session to bring you through some of the strength and cardio equipment available in the gym and get you going with a training plan that will get you towards smashing your goals and become a regular gym goer with ease!
No, our induction process is well suited to gym goers of all levels who just want to get familiar with the equipment we have to offer, but we have trained staff on hand at all times.
If you want to just get started right away without the induction and have any questions ask our staff of coaches at reception.
All personal trainers in the gym operate independently and have their own prices and packages available.

We have private showers, changing and vanity sections in all our locations (dryer, hair straightener, etc)
There is plenty of FREE car parking at all our locations, as well as bike racks outside each gym to securely lock your bike.
Our Knockncarra location has a sauna and ice baths located by a door found in side both the Male and Female Changing rooms.
Inside you will find a state of the Art Dry Cedar Wood Sauna that can exceed Temperatures of 110 Degrees.
We have two stainless steel and ground insulated tanks containing over 1000L of Ice and Water!
Both Ice baths are maintained at 3 Degrees by a powerful cooling and filtration system.
The Recovery room is free for all members of the Gym location and gold membership with membership in all Gyms.
The is a 10 Person Capacity in the Recovery Room at all times.
This is a communal space with a strict over 18’s Policy. (All under 20’s on our system will be required to show us valid ID in the coming weeks)
The Recovery room will free to use at any time from the morning until to 4pm each day.
After 4pm we will operate the recovery room using a booking slot system on our mobile application.
The booking slots will be available from this Monday!
The current rules of the recovery room are posted at the entrance to the room in both male and female Changing rooms.

None of our locations have a swimming pool. We are focused on bringing you the best possible gym facility.
Our reception staff can manually scan you in if you forgot or are looking for your scan in fob. Please wait at reception to be scanned in correctly.
Replacement fobs are available for €2 at reception (subject to availability)
A scan in barcode is available in our VirtuaGym App so you never lose your fob!
