As part of all new memberships you can avail of a one-to-one free induction with a qualified personal trainer and staff member. The goal of this session is to set you up with a plan and give you the confidence you need to do your next few training sessions.
If you need somthing more comprehensive, or ongoing coaching we have a number of full time personal training staff in the gym.
